Late reply, but if you have not already got it, if you go to the blue boundary and make your way all the way right and up between 2 statues there is a breakable wall. Watch the scene and afterwards leave and talk to the guard blocking the entrance to the right of the map a couple of time and that is it.

It is a .rar file so if you didn't already know you would need a way of extracting it as well to use it.

I know this is late but, its basically a art book of pics and vids. The game itself has animations of its own that the book is comprised of.
